Mayor Peter Marchetti To Host Community Meetings
PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Mayor Peter Marchetti will be hosting three community meetings on the future of trash and recycling in Pittsfield.
The meetings will be held on:
- Monday, May 6 from 10a.m.-11:30a.m. at the Ralph J. Froio Senior Center, 330 North Street
- Thursday, May 9 from 7p.m.-8:30p.m. at Conte Community School (Cafeteria), 200 West Union Street
- Tuesday, May 21 from 7p.m.-8:30p.m. at Herberg Middle School (Auditorium), 501 Pomeroy Avenue
Mayor Marchetti will be joined by city officials to provide an overview of the proposed changes to trash and recycling collection and the shift towards automated collection services.
Following the presentation, time will be provided for questions.
